On Ramp Sessions
Your first month at Iron Coast Fitness sets the tone for everything ahead. That’s why we’ve built an onboarding process designed for your success: four one-on-one sessions with a coach, followed by unlimited classes for the rest of the month. By month two, you’ll be confident, comfortable, and ready to go.
